We exist to attract, maintain, and exceed the expectations of our customers. Capital Mechanical was born out of the simple desire to provide homebuilders with the first company of its kind. One that values customer service, quality and consistency first and foremost… not just one that will merely swim among others in an industry that has already been created, but to actually create a whole new expectation within the industry. Our goal has always been to stand out and stand apart and that will be done through one word… QUALITY.
Founded in 2003 by owners, Craig Simounet and Chris Carspecken, Capital Mechanical has over 45 years combined industry and management experience. With over 25 years of practical field experience and business knowledge in the construction industry, Craig was determined to take the lessons he had learned to avoid the pitfalls he had experienced with other organizations and start a company that was committed to quality and the customer. Chris brought over 18 years of business management experience focused on building startup and growth oriented quality service organizations. After assembling a team of professionals, Capital Mechanical grew at an unprecedented pace, all the while sustaining the owner’s vision of quality and service.

but a trade that has been around for centuries. However we do know that
without the proper formula we cannot deliver the most important
ingredient, QUALITY.
Our formula starts with our
employees. We employ some of the best individuals in the industry who
deliver the highest quality services in the business. We want to ensure
that our employees continue to grow and innovate. To that end, we
constructed a state of the art training classroom and lab where we train
our employees on new products and improved methods to ensure the
highest levels of quality in the field.
Quality First
We focus on
continuous quality and process improvement. Starting from the way we
schedule and install, to the way we inventory and deliver materials. Our
goal is to do it right the first time!
Capital Mechanical
achieved the National Housing Quality (NHQ) certification through the
National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). While our focus has always
been on quality, this certification put a formal wrapper around systems
we have always had in place. With a focus on “Job Ready”, “Job
Complete”, “Hot Spots” and continuous process improvement, the NHQ
program fits well with our mission of delivering first time quality.
Customer Service
The
perfect world doesn’t exist. So on the rare occasion that something
doesn’t go just right; our exceptional service team quickly responds and
resolves any issues. Trends are monitored and quality improvement
measures are put into place to ensure problems don’t reoccur. Our
Service Department has received numerous awards based on consistent,
dependable service and commitment to homeowner satisfaction.
