Industry Councils and Programs
Part of the focus of a quality focused organization such as Capital Mechanical is the inherent desire to learn from others and share our knowledge and experience with others. To that end we have been involved with many Trade Partner and Builder Quality Councils focused on a team approach to improving quality for the customers we all work for, the Homeowner. Craig has been a member of the Pulte Homes, Builder, Supplier, Trade Alliance (BSTA) as well as the Centex Quality Council. Chris Carspecken is currently the Vice Chair of the K. Hovnanian Homes Trade Partner Council (TPC) and is also a member of the Brookfield Homes Quality Council.
