Industry Councils and Programs

Part of the focus of a quality focused organization such as Capital Mechanical is the inherent desire to learn from others and share our knowledge and experience with others. To that end we have been involved with many Trade Partner and Builder Quality Councils focused on a team approach to improving quality for the customers we all work for, the Homeowner. Craig has been a member of the Pulte Homes, Builder, Supplier, Trade Alliance (BSTA) as well as the Centex Quality Council. Chris Carspecken is currently the Vice Chair of the K. Hovnanian Homes Trade Partner Council (TPC) and is also a member of the Brookfield Homes Quality Council.

Community Outreach

Capital Mechanical cares not only about its employees and customers but also about the community in which we live. We support many local as well as national causes and encourage our employees to give back as well.

For the past 6 years, Capital Mechanical has opened its warehouse doors to the local Toys for Tots organization servicing not only Loudoun County and western Fairfax County but areas throughout the country that have trouble reaching their quotas. Toys for Tots utilize our space to collect and organize all donations brought to the Loudoun County drop-off locations. For 6 weeks, our space is their space.

HomeAid Northern Virginia builds and renovates homeless shelters, transitional houses, food banks, medical clinics, counseling centers, and other facilities that help homeless people gain stability and a roof over their heads.  Capital Mechanical has provided monetary donations as well as donations of time and materials for various projects.

Loudoun Habitat for Humanity was incorporated on April 2, 1993 for the specific purpose of providing adequate housing for all Loudoun citizens in need.  Capital Mechanical has been engaged in many houses for this worthy organization

The Loudoun Crime Commission is a non-profit membership organization focused on crime prevention and reduction in our community, and believes that fighting crime is every citizens business. Chris Carspecken has served on the construction theft committee.

Capital Mechanical has made monetary donations and provided resources to numerous local charitable organizations such as: Darrell Greene Youth Foundation, Loudoun County Sherriff’s Department, Muscular Dystrophy, American Cancer Society, Virginia Farm Bureau and various youth sport teams. It is our commitment to the community at large that demonstrates a desire to be more than just a plumbing company… we’re a partner.
